DaySmart Pet is easy to install, and most customers do not need assistance from support.
Download the latest DaySmart Pet software here.
After the installation file has finished downloading, select the Run option.
You may see a User Account Control message come up when the program starts to install. In this case, allow the setup by clicking Yes.
DaySmart Pet may need to install additional pre-requisite software. Press Install to install these applications if any are detected.
You will see a welcome screen, click Next to continue. Accept the license agreement and click Next to install the software.
Click Install to complete the installation. Click the Finish button when complete.
Click here and choose the option to ‘Verify Registration’ on the lower right. You will need your temporary serial number to create this account. If you do not have it on hand, it is included in the welcome email you received. Please make a note of your user name and password as you create your account.
When DaySmart Pet starts for the first time, you will be prompted to register the software. Here is where you will enter in your newly created admin username and password. Continue through the steps and choose to activate over the internet, now your registration is complete!
You will be asked to create a new blank database, sample database, or restore a backup.
If you are starting brand new and have never used another software program, simply choose new blank database.
If you were previously using another software, we can import your data into your new DaySmart software. For any questions, feel free to chat with our support team or email us at [email protected] We ask for 48 hours (2 business days) to convert your information into our format, at which point we will contact you and import the files.
