These instructions will help you reset the password for your DaySmart (Remote Access) account if you have forgotten it.
Reset using a web browser
Navigate to https://online.123petsoftware.com/.
Click the forgot your password? link under the password box.
Type the E-mail address for the account in the dialog box and click the Reset my password button.
A password reset link will be emailed to the address you entered.
Reset using the iOS or Android App
Click the Forgot your password? link underneath the password field.
Type the E-mail address for the account and click Reset Password.
A password reset link will be emailed to the address you entered.
After you have signed into your E-mail address, clicked the link to reset the password, create a new password, and you will be able to sign in to your account again.
