If you have forgotten the password for your Remote Access account, you can reset it from a web browser or from the mobile app. A password reset link is emailed to you, and once you create a new password, you can sign in to your account again.
š Reset Your Password
Choose the method that works best for you. Each method sends a password reset link to the email address on your account.
š Using a Web Browser
Request a password reset link from the Remote Access website.
Go to https://online.123petsoftware.com/.
āClick the forgot your password? link under the password box.
āType the email address for the account in the dialog box and click Reset my password.
A password reset link is emailed to the address you entered.
š± Using the iOS or Android App
Request a password reset link from the log in screen of the mobile app.
Tap the Forgot your password? link under the password field.
āType the email address for the account and tap Reset Password.
A password reset link is emailed to the address you entered.
After you sign in to your email, click the link to reset your password, and create a new password, you can sign in to your account again.
