With the 123Pet software, you can let your customers know when their pets are ready for pickup if you are using the messaging service within the program. If you wish to set up the messaging service, please follow the directions here.
To send the notification that the customer's pet is ready for pickup, go to the Appointment Book.
Right click on the customer's appointment.
Select Ready for Pickup.
ββA window will open that will allow you to send a text message to the customer to notify them that their pet is ready for pickup. You will also be able to adjust the message from this screen.
Press Send to send the message.
If you are already in the client's appointment, you can also check the box for Pickup at and then Schedule/Leave Open. At this point you will be able to adjust the message and then press Send.
