How can I resend an appointment reminder?

Messages will not send until your messaging account registration has been verified by Twilio. For any questions, feel free to chat with our support team or email us at [email protected].

To resend an appointment reminder to your customer, simply go to the ticket for the appointment. Above where the line items are entered on a ticket, you will see a checkbox for Resend Reminder. Checking this box will set the software to resend an appointment reminder at the next scheduled time for sending e-mails and text messages.

Note: The checkbox to resend the reminder will not appear if you change the date of the appointment, instead, the software will automatically set the reminder to be resent. Only changing the appointment time will not automatically set the reminder to be resent again, so you may want to check the option for Resend Reminder
