Steps to Get Your 1099-K Form from CardPointe
Log into your merchant portal through cardpointe.com
If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” options to recover your account.
Once logged in, go to the Reporting tab
Next, go to the Form 1099-K tab
Because CardPointe provides 1099-K forms for each calendar year, Be sure to select the correct year and download both Summary View and Detail View
Click the download button next to the desired year to download the document as a PDF. Please save these files in a secure location for future access
What if I Don’t See My 1099-K Form?
If you didn’t exceed the $20,000 in payments or 200 transactions threshold, you may not be issued a 1099-K form.
The 1099-K forms are usually available by mid-January. If you check before then, the form may not yet be available.
There may be an issue with your account or the way transactions were processed. In this case, you may need to reach out to CardPointe support for clarification.
What if I canceled my merchant account and no longer have access to CardPointe?
For help receiving your forms from a canceled account, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Please include your business name and either the last 4 digits of your bank account or EIN/TIN number to verify your identification. If you do not have this information anymore, please provide a copy of a photo ID that matches the account holder's name on file.
