While logged into the software navigate to the question mark in the lower left corner of the software.
โSelect the Chat with Support option to open the messenger.
โFrom here you can see Recent Messages, start new conversation with Contact Us, or use Search for Help to view our help center articles.
After selecting Contact Us there will be a few options to choose from to describe your needs to connect you with the right team for live assistance.
After clicking on one of the options you can either search for a help center article to view that article right in the application or continue to be connected with a live agent!
